This position, under the supervision of the Program Manager will assist the program staff with new client screening, scheduling and facilitating orientation, administrative duties, client contact calls and client record keeping. Bilingual Preferred.

Qualified applicants will have the following knowledge, abilities and skills:

• Maintaining client records in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Coordinating, monitoring & documenting relevant issues for clients
• Providing technical support for program staff, including client intake & orientation
• Serving as a liaison between the professional staff, community agencies and clients
• Participating in all mandated staff development sessions
• Assisting with community resource meetings
• Facilitate transportation for clients
• Monitor utilization of program resources
• Contacting institutions to confirm resident departure times
• Generating program reports to track program services
• Tracking client participation
• Performing other duties as assigned by Program Personnel

A working knowledge of:

• Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Modern office principles and protocol
• Basic business communications practices

Academic and work experiences:

High School or Equivalent. One year of related experience in an office environment. Please note this position is a contracted two-year assignment.
