Kintock is seeking a motivated and organized Corporate Training Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of Kintock’s automated training system, SmarterU. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing employee training records, prepare documentation for audits, and ensure that front desk responsibilities are handled efficiently. This position will also play a key role in organizing training events and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the training department.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of experience working in an office or training environment.
At least one year of experience facilitating or supporting training activities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using online learning management systems (experience with SmarterU is a plus).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of training and development principles.
Familiarity with automated training systems and record-keeping.
Basic knowledge of office administration and office supply management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive training-related information.
