Case Manager Coordinator

Department: Admin & Clerical
Location: Bridgeton, NJ

This full-time non-exempt position, under the supervision of a Senior Case Manager, is responsible for supporting and assisting the Case Management team with their caseloads and casework, in compliance with policies established by contracting agencies and Company policies and procedures.

Required Knowledge, Abilities, and Experience:

Knowledge of:

· Modern Principles of Criminal Justice and Community Corrections.

Ability to:

· Understand and comply with contract rules, regulations, policies, and procedures;

· Maintain accurate documentation and reports;

· Participate as an effective member of the program team;

· Clearly express ideas orally and in writing;

· Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels;

· Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and agency representatives;

· Manage a flexible work schedule; and

· Meet the contracting agency requirements.

Academic and Work Experience:

· This position requires an Associate degree in Criminal Justice or Social Sciences or demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities with relevant experience with community corrections issues; and excellent computer skills including Windows and Word applications.
