General Description:

This full-time, non- exempt position, under the supervision of the HRM Director, is responsible for leading staffing efforts for the entire organization from start to finish. This process includes but is not limited to understanding departmental needs, sourcing candidates using various methods, and acting as a liaison between the candidate and hiring managers.

Job Requirements (Performs other work related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor)    
  •  Work with program directors to identify staffing needs
  •  Create and manage the internal and external job posting process
  •  Sourcing and screening candidates using internal and external databases
  •  Coordinating and scheduling interviews with appropriate program directors
  •  Conduct interviews and phone screens
  •  Attend job fairs and other recruitment events
  •  Facilitate internal background screening and managing contracting agency background processing
  •  Coordinate drug testing using outside testing facility
  •  Create and distribute offer letters
  •  Coordinating onboarding of new candidates
  •  Creating employee ID cards and taking photos
  •  Coordinating with IT to ensure proper onboarding and termination processes are followed
  •  Answering incoming telephone calls timely, professionally and accurately
  •  Maintaining personnel files in accordance with company and contracting agency requirements;
  •  Ensuring compliance with annual requirements such as performance reviews, background screening and credentials
  •  Managing the termination process including collection company property and termination of accounts
  •  Participating in mandatory training and staff development sessions
  •  Providing general clerical support for the human resource management department
  •  Performing other job related duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skill Requirements

Three years of recruitment experience required.

Knowledge: 

  • Local, State and Federal laws affecting the employment process
  • Principles of management and organizational structure. Interviewing techniques.
  • Computers and human resource information systems.

Abilities:

  • Plan, organize and control effectively;
  • Communicate effectively with all levels in the organization individually and in-groups;
  • Sit, stand, stoop, bend, walk, climb stairs and lift minimal weight;
  • Maintain integrity, and confidentiality; and
  • Clear Background clearance through contracting agencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Multi-task and provide attention to detail.

Education Requirements

A Bachelorís degree in Human Organization Science, Business Administration, or a relevant social science
